30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date. The guarantee applies to first-time purchases of a given plan.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.
- Visit paddle.net, look up your order with the email you used at checkout, and request a refund there; or
- Email us at hello@upgradeosledger.com with your order number or the email used at checkout and we will arrange the refund with Paddle.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.
Lifetime / Founding Member purchases
Founding Member and other one-time purchases are also covered by the 30-day guarantee from the date of purchase.
Cancelling future renewals
You can cancel a subscription at any time from the in-app billing settings or via the Paddle customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
